The Building Product Library is a new and unique online database of manufacturer’s product brochures, that is designed to provide the Architect, Contractor & Specifier with immediate access to a wealth of product and company information at the click of a button.

Specifiers looking for information on a complete range of building materials, products, services and ideas can view brochures online, download a pdf to their desktop or request literature in print all from one single source website.

The site uses the industry standard Uniclass classification system to categorise information into it’s relevant product sector. Broken down into six subsections the building product library will as it grows offer the most comprehensive classification of construction product brochures in the market.

At the launch of The Building Product Library on 7th December 2009 the system had pre registered over 32,000 specifiers drawn from our existing TSPMedia* database and live working specifiers from the Glenigan sales lead system.

Once registered, users of the site have complete access to all the information held on the system and importantly allow The Building Product Library to supply you with a regular feed of data on who is reading, down loading or requesting your brochures in print.

CIRCULATION

The circulation of the Building Product Library is determined by the amount of registered users at any point in its lifetime. At launch date the site had over 32,000 registered specifiers, a figure we expect to increase as the site becomes more recognised within the construction industry, as a point of reference for brochure information.

BROCHURE RATES

It costs just £100.00 to place your product literature onto the The Building Product Library. The cost covers twelve months exposure or 100 enquiries which ever comes first. There are further discounts detailed below if you wish to place multiple brochures onto the site.

Company’s that book 13 or more brochures onto the system will automatically receive a unique company profile where all of their literature can be featured.

If an item of literature attracts 100 enquiries within a 12 month period then you will be invited to start a new contract for a further 12 months or 100 enquiries with that brochure or have the option to remove it from the site. Existing brochures can be updated during the contract period at no extra cost.
